Edmo includes styling for many common areas in a typical Moodle installation.

To create a custom page, you have to enable the Topics section from Moodle frontpage:

Go to Site administration > Front page > Front page settings and enable “Include a topic section”:

Go to your front page bottom and click “Add an activity or resource” in the topics section:

Add a new “Page”, under “Resources”.
