Step 01:
Navigate to Users > Add New from your WordPress admin sidebar. Follow the screenshots to create a new Instructor.

Step 02:
If a user wants to become an Instructor, they can submit a request via the Become a Teacher page.
To view these requests, go to Users > Pending Requests in your WordPress admin sidebar. All Instructor requests will be listed there.
