There is a wp forms widget with multiple variation in this plugin. Users can create wp forms in their page by using endless addons.
Go to any page – Edit with Elementor – See the left side ENDLESS ADDONS tab – Navigate it – Drag

N.B: You have to disable wp form plugin default style from plugin settings to get endless addons plugin style.
